Important Ticket Information
Out of consideration for other patrons and for the performers:
Late seating is only allowed, by an usher, when there is an appropriate pause. Patrons who are noisy or disruptive may be asked to leave the performance by ushers or by a member of the HOT staff.
Use of cameras, cellular telephones, pagers, beeping watches and recording devices are not permitted inside the hall. Cameras and recording devices may be confiscated.
Complimentary cough suppressants are available at HOT performances. Visit the HOT information booth in the lobby.
For your safety, we request that you remain seated until the house lights are turned on.
If you have a disability and need special assistance, e-mail hotopera@hawaiiopera.org with your request at least 10 days prior to the performance you plan to attend.
Act II - Student Ticket: $20!
Students can enjoy HOT Grand Opera at a special student-only ticket price of only $20, with a valid school ID. No walk-ups though, so reserve your student ticket in advance with the HOT Box Office to purchase “best available” student seat. Seat locations are assigned through the HOT “Will Call” window outside the Concert Hall two hours prior to curtain time. Call the HOT Box Office for more details. Download application.
**HOT 30 Under 30**
Anyone 30-years-old or younger is eligible to purchase (1) specially priced $30 ticket to an opera performance on Friday or Tuesday. Some restrictions apply. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Located in the lobby of the Neal Blaisdell Concert Hall. Open 2 hours before performances and closes 30 minutes after curtain time.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds. HOT reserves the right to make changes in production, cast and schedule.
Lost or Stolen Tickets?
HOT subscriptions have great value! If you forget (or misplace) your season tickets, don't worry! Your subscription record is on file and the Opera Box Office will ensure replacement tickets.
Where are the performances held?
All performances are at Neal Blaisdell Concert Hall located at 777 Ward Avenue at the intersection of King Street and Ward Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814. [See map.]
Performance curtain times
Friday performances 8:00 p.m.
Sunday performances 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday performances 7:00 p.m.
Parking
Ample parking is available at the Blaisdell Center. The daily parking rate is $6.00 before 5:00 p.m. It is $7.00 after 5:00 p.m.
The King Street gate is the main entrance to the Blaisdell Parking Lot. The gate opens at 5:30 a.m., Monday through Saturday. The gate closes 45 minutes after the last event is completed. On Sundays and Holidays, gate operation is determined by events.
Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to curtain time to allow for unexpected parking lot delays due to activities at the adjacent Blaisdell Arena.
